Joseph Donoghue President & CEO. Joe has over 20 years experience in engineering and management with a specialization in new product development and global operations. Before co-founding Leardon Solutions, Joe held many roles at start-up and multinational companies such Hewlett Packard Company, Rockwell International, and Barrett Technology Robotics. Joe holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California San Diego as well as a MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from The Merage School of Business at the University of California Irvine. Murray Learmonth Vice President Engineering. Murray has over 25 years engineering experience in the consumer, automotive, industrial, and aerospace industries working throughout the world for companies such as Boeing, IBM, Unisys, Mercedes, Phogenix, General Electric, and Audi. Before co-founding Leardon Solutions, Murray led engineering teams for Hewlett Packard Company inkjet printer programs. Murray’s professional background includes a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, Chartered Engineer Status, and a Member of the Institute of Engineering Designers.
